Hotel Policies

Prices in our webpage are the most convenient, therefore there is no refund for the 1st night in booking, and according with our Cancellation policy as the customer can rescind without incurring costs within a defined period also the hotel is entitled to withdraw from the contract within the same period.

You can cancel the reservation free of charge until 14 days before arrival. You will be charged 50% of the total price  if you cancel in the 14 days before arrival. No show and early departure you will have to pay the full price.

• Not included: 16% VAT and 3% City tax

Children Policy

• Only one (1) child under the age of 2 years, that share the same bed with their parents, can stay at the hotel free of charge.
• Children over the age of 3 years are charged the normal adult rate.
